Valaam vietne. spb. ru is the official resource of the St. Petersburg metochion of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Valaam Monastery. This is not just an information portal, but a digital continuation of the spiritual life of the monastery in the northern capital. The project was created with the blessing of the abbot of the monastery, Bishop Pankratius, and serves as an entry point for those who are looking for information about services, shrines, or want to take part in the life of the parish.
The resource dates back to 1994, when His Holiness Patriarch Alexy II consecrated the Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. Today, the site accumulates data on the current activities of the metochion, preserving the continuity of traditions and providing up-to-date information for parishioners and guests of the city.
Main directions
