ITMO. Apartsis a specialized rental housing selection service created for ITMO University students and applicants. The project solves several problems at once: from finding an apartment to registering. The main idea is that the university takes upon itself the selection of the most suitable housing, so that students do not have to waste time independently searching for neighbors and checking options.
The service operates on the principle of verification. This means that the university already has agreements with specific rental companies. This approach eliminates the risks of deception, fraud and problems with the return of collateral. For students, the cost of living is often lower than the market average due to mass occupancy and lower promotion costs for companies.
Main directions
The project offers several key advantages that distinguish it from the usual search for housing:
- Convenience. All options are located within walking distance to university buildings or metro stations.
- Community. Students live in the same location, which contributes to the formation of a single community. It is possible to choose a roommate.
- Safety. The facilities have 24-hour security, video surveillance and access control.
- Registration. The service helps you obtain temporary registration.
The catalog contains aparthotels, hotels and hostels. Here are some of the available options:
- VALO(Bukharestskaya Metro) - 3 minutes walk, from 27,000 months.
- Weamp;I by Vertical(Metro Lesnaya) - 10 minutes on foot, from 24,000 months.

Can I choose a specific apart-hotel?
Yes, when submitting an application through the MIS, you indicate the desired object. If there are free places, the curator will confirm the appointment and you can choose a convenient check-in date.
Is it possible to live with your parents?
If you rent the entire room, your parents can come to you for a short period of time.
Is it possible to stay temporarily while I'm waiting in line at the hostel?
No, this is prohibited. You need to choose one thing: either an apartment or waiting for a place in a hostel.
For what period is the contract concluded?
The minimum period is 3 months. Specific limits are indicated in the tariffs of each accommodation option.
How to terminate the contract early?
It is necessary to notify the apart-hotel representatives 30 calendar days in advance. Details are usually specified in the lease agreement itself.
Do they issue temporary registration?
In the usual form, registration is issued only at the Aliot Hotel. In other cases, a certificate confirming actual residence is issued.
Why are the prices on the VALO website lower than those offered by ITMO?
The website shows the marketing price without taking into account utility bills, cleaning and seasonality. VALO representatives guarantee that the price for ITMO students is always below the market price.
Is it possible to stay on academic leave?
Yes, the program is available during this period.
