Website archiv. nobl. ruis the official resource of the Committee for Archives of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The resource was created to coordinate work with documents, store historical materials and interact with citizens. News, reports and regulations related to archival work in the region are published here.

The project operates as a single information center. On the main page, sections for different user groups are immediately visible: from department employees to ordinary citizens who want to receive a certificate or submit an appeal.

Main directions

The activities of the committee and the functionality of the site cover several key areas:

  • Rule-making and control. The Activities section contains information on anti-corruption, antitrust compliance and enforcement audits. The results of monitoring in the field of archival affairs are also published here.
  • Work with the population. There is a special block for Citizens, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions, learn about the procedure for personal reception and write an official appeal through the electronic reception.
  • Documentary base. The Documents section contains current acts, draft documents, plans and reports. Materials that are no longer valid are highlighted separately to avoid confusion.
  • Methodological work. The site oversees the work of the expert and verification methodological commission (EPMC) and the scientific and methodological council of archival institutions of the Volga Federal District.
