The Distance Learning Center (DLC) of the Vladimir State University named after A. G. and N. G. Stoletov is a structural unit responsible for organizing distance learning using modern technologies. The project operates in the city of Vladimir and allows students to receive higher education without constant physical presence in classrooms.
