The Fund for Support of Children in Difficult Life Situations is a state organization created in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated March 26, 2008 No. 404. Its task is to provide comprehensive support to children and families facing social and domestic difficulties, as well as the development of systems for the prevention and rehabilitation of family and child problems.
