About the project

Website forum. fedlab. ru is dedicated to the preparation and holding of the 8th Clinical and Laboratory Forum of Laboratory Medicine Specialists. The event is scheduled for June 24-26, 2026 and will be held in St. Petersburg. The initiative comes from the Federation of Laboratory Medicine, and the key figure in the project is the president of the forum, Tatyana Vladimirovna Vavilova, the chief freelance specialist in clinical laboratory diagnostics of the Russian Ministry of Health.

This is not just a protocol meeting, but a platform for uniting the professional community. According to data for last year (2025), the forum was attended by more than 1,600 participants from 36 regions of Russia and a number of foreign countries, including Belarus, Kazakhstan, China and the USA. The project is positioned as a place for real exchange of experience, rather than formal reports.

Main directions

The scientific program of the forum is divided into three days, each of which has a clear thematic focus:

  • Day one (June 24):Focus on clinical solutions. Discusses the role of the laboratory in hematology, neurology, cardiology and molecular genetics. The main goal is to show how test data influences doctors' decision-making in practice.
  • Day two (June 25):Technology and quality. The agenda includes immunochemical and microbiological research, issues of digitalization of processes and quality management in a modern laboratory.
  • Day three (June 26):Organization of activities and personnel. Administrative and regulatory issues, educational trajectories and profession prospects are raised here. There is a special track for beginners.

In addition to the sections, the forum includes an open meeting of the relevant commission of the Ministry of Health, a meeting of the Laboratory Council of St. Petersburg and a meeting of the Presidium of the Federation of Laboratory Medicine. An important event will be the final of the IV All-Russian Olympiad for residents and young specialists.

Features of the site

The resource serves as a single information center for participants. The main task of the portal is to organize registration and provide logistics. The process of registering for an event has been simplified to two steps: logging into your personal account and clicking the Register button in the events section. This takes about three minutes.

The site contains detailed information about the venue - the St. Petersburg Hotel on Pirogovskaya Embankment. There are also instructions on how to get there by metro, bus or tram from the Finlyandsky Station. For business trip organizers, it is possible to download an invitation form and receive an official letter by email.

How to register for the forum?

You need to log in to your personal account (or create an account), go to the Events section and click the registration button. After this, the ticket will be sent to the specified e-mail.

What to do if the letter with the ticket did not arrive?

The letter comes from the address fedlab@expodat. com. If it's not in your inbox, check your Spam folder. If the status in your personal account shows you are registered, but there is no letter, you can come without a ticket, simply by giving the information at the badge issuing counter.

Is it possible to register on site?

Yes, it is possible. However, the organizers recommend registering in advance to speed up the receipt of an individual badge.

How to receive an official invitation for a business trip?

You need to download the form on the website, fill it out and send a request by email with the subject Official invitation to the KLF, indicating your full name, place of work and position of the manager.
