Garapp website. ru is an information platform dedicated to a mobile application for users of the GARANT legal system. The project is not an independent service from scratch, but serves as a guide to working with a new tool that allows you to access the knowledge base directly from your smartphone. The application is positioned as a way to make working with legal documents faster and more convenient, transferring the functionality of the desktop version to the mobile interface.
Main directions
The key task of the application is to ensure continuity of work with professional pages and databases anywhere. Users can:
- Contact experts. An online chat with support is available in the Messages section. Questions are asked in real time, and the answers are duplicated in the system’s web interface, which allows you to start a dialogue on the road and continue it in the office.
- Study news and recommendations. The burger menu opens professional pages with current news in relevant areas. The navigator helps you quickly navigate to the main sections of each page.
- Work with documents offline. If the Internet is unavailable or traffic is heavy, documents can be downloaded to the device in RTF format. This is critical for situations where access to text without communication is required.
- Control changes. The system notifies about the appearance of new editions of documents, their entry into force or loss of force through push notifications.
Features of the site
The application operates in a simplified mobile interface, but retains the key functions of search and contextual analysis. The search is carried out in a basic way, including searching within the text of documents. The document interface contains a menu for adding to bookmarks, setting for control, downloading a file, or studying the connections between regulations.
An important feature is complete data synchronization. Bookmarks and lists of documents under control created in the application instantly appear in the Internet version of the system on the computer, and vice versa. Authorization takes place using a mobile phone number: if it is already linked to the My GARANT club, the data is pulled up automatically.
