About the project

Gitaraplay website. ru is an online school and store founded in 2020. The key figure of the project is Elena Evgenievna Melnikova, a professional tutor with a musical education and twenty years of teaching experience. During this time, more than 500 people of various ages completed training.

Elena is a student of the famous musician Malyutin A.G., who was nominated for the Guinness Book of Records for playing many instruments. At the same time, Melnikova is the only one of his students who teaches according to his methodology, based on the traditions of the founders of the guitar F. Tárrega and E. Pujol. The school positions itself as a place where you can master the instrument competently, without the mistakes of a self-taught person from YouTube.

Main directions

The project offers training courses in playing several types of instruments. The main emphasis is on classical and acoustic guitar, but the list of directions is wider:

• Guitar (classical and acoustic)
• Electric guitar
• Ukulele
• Rhythmics and drums

Training is based on the author’s methodology, which allows you to start playing melodies already in the third lesson. The full course lasts approximately a year, although the duration can vary from 8 months to a year depending on the student’s performance. Classes last an hour, the cost of one lesson is 1,500 rubles.

The program is divided into 10 modules. The introductory stage includes choosing an instrument, tuning and hand placement. Next comes music theory, sound production techniques (arpeggio, tirando), work with barre and tablature. Particular attention is paid to melismas (legato, slide, harmonic), fighting patterns from deuce to twelfth, transposition and playing in different genres - from jazz and reggae to Spanish guitar and rock.

Site Features

The project offers distance learning, which allows you to gain knowledge remotely. An important element is constant communication with the teacher via messengers to resolve any issues. The material is presented in a simple form, and exactly those works that the student likes are studied.

Upon completion of the course, an electronic certificate is issued. For those who want to buy tools or accessories, the website has a Shop section with a personal account. Documents are also available: offer agreement for online and offline schools, bank details and information about the bonus program.

The site operates on the Bitrix24 platform, which provides functionality for accepting applications and processing personal data in accordance with Law 152-FZ.
