M4d service. mig24. ru, developed by NTSsoft LLC, is a specialized platform for working with machine-readable powers of attorney (MRP). The project appeared in response to changes in legislation, namely amendments to Federal Law 63-FZ, which, from September 1, 2024, cancel the issuance of qualified electronic signatures (CES) for employees of legal entities. Now, to confirm the powers of representatives, either the signature of the head or the presence of an MChD is required.
The essence of the service is to create, sign and store digital analogues of paper powers of attorney. These are not just scans of documents, but special XML files containing structured data about the principal, attorney, validity period and list of powers. This form allows information systems to automatically process information without human intervention, which is impossible when working with scanned copies.

The platform’s activities are focused on several key tasks related to the life cycle of a power of attorney:
