About the project

IP Paragraph is positioned as the largest system of legal and reference information in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The project has been running for more than 25 years, during which time it has earned a reputation as a reliable source of data for lawyers, accountants and business executives. The system database contains over 18.6 million documents, including legislation, regulations, resolutions and judicial practice.

The system combines several information blocks, which allows users to work with heterogeneous data in a single space. Daily updating of the database ensures that the information is up-to-date, although the date of the last update in the provided materials is indicated as February 2026 - an indicator that the project is actively developing and maintains data in real time.

Main directions

The service's activities are divided into several key segments aimed at different categories of users:

• For lawyers. A range of legal information is provided with convenient search tools. Here you can find the texts of laws, codes (tax, criminal procedure, labor), GOSTs, contracts and qualification reference books.
• For accountants and individual entrepreneurs. The specialized block contains explanatory and reference information necessary for record keeping and work with personnel.
• Electronic document management (EDF). The service allows you to send documents via your own routes to multiple signatories within the company or to counterparties. The system tracks signing statuses, which simplifies interaction with partners.
• Mobile solutions. PRG application. Komek provides accurate answers based on laws and court decisions right on your smartphone. This is convenient for those who are on the move.

In addition to basic services, the site offers analytics, news and access to new documents. Users can search for information by document number or through a general search across all services.

Features of the site

The main feature of the project is its scale. The database contains more than 14 million documents (according to other sources - over 18.6 million), which makes it the largest of its kind in the country. The project covers not only the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also international standards, for example, GOST 19903-2015.

The system supports three interface languages: Russian, Kazakh and English. This is important for working with foreign counterparties and studying international regulations.

Usage statistics indicate a high load: the site is visited monthly by more than 4 million unique users.Over 17 thousand companies are registered in the database, and the company itself has about 300 employees. The geographic presence includes 13 branches throughout the country, from Almaty to Shymkent and Ust-Kamenogorsk, as well as an office in Moscow.

The site interface allows you to quickly find what you need: there are sections New documents, Analytics and News. To check the relevance of the data, information is provided on how many documents were added in the last day, week or month.
