3D printing
This is the company’s central service. Two main technologies are implemented here:
- FDM (layer-by-layer deposition). The most budget option, suitable for parts larger than 2 cm³, where high detail is not critical. The error is about 1-2mm. The method is characterized by high impact resistance and resistance to temperature changes. The cost of printing is 5-10 times lower than alternative methods.
- SLA (photopolymer printing). Used where ideal surface smoothness and reproduction of the smallest details are required. The accuracy reaches 1 micron. The technology is in demand in jewelry, medicine and radio engineering, but has disadvantages: high price and fragility of finished products.
Various materials are used in the work. For FDM, this is environmentally friendly PLA (suitable even for molds in the confectionery industry), durable ABS (for gears and housings), ultra-strong Carbon (carbon fiber with a rough surface without visible layers) and elastic Flex (rubber plastic for cases and gaskets). ABS-Like photopolymer is also available, combining the strength of plastic with high detail.
3D scanning
The service allows you to create an exact virtual copy of a real object up to 1 meter in size. The obtained data is optimized and turned into a finished 3D model, suitable for further printing or use in other digital processes - for example, in game development or animation. The cost depends on the complexity of the geometry and detailing requirements.
3D modeling and prototyping
If there is no physical object, studio specialists create a digital version of it. The initial data can be drawings, sketches, photographs, or even a verbal description of the task. Finished files are provided in STL, OBJ, PLY and other formats.This allows customers to move directly to the production phase of prototypes or serial products.
Features of the site
The resource interface is focused on independent calculation of the cost of the order. The user can upload a file of his model (formats obj, stl, step, zip, etc., maximum 120 MB), select printing parameters - material, fill density, layer accuracy - and get a preliminary estimate.
