About the project

Pro-metiz website. ru is an online platform of the PRO METIZ plant, specializing in the production and sale of metal products. The company has been operating on the market for more than ten years, since 2013, and positions itself as a manufacturer, and not just a reseller. The main focus is on foundation bolts of all types, embedded parts for reinforced concrete and anchor technology.

Production facilities are located in Moscow (Lyubertsy) and additionally in Serpukhov. The last line was launched in 2024 precisely to speed up the execution of large orders. The plant produces products wholesale and retail, observing GOST and TU standards. Each product is accompanied by a quality certificate confirming compliance with industry standards.

Main directions

• Foundation bolts. They include curved (type 1), with an anchor plate (type 2), composite (type 3) and conical (type 6). Manufacturing is carried out according to series 1. 400-15, 3. 400-676 and other standards.
• Screw piles. Available in diameters 57, 76, 89 and 108 mm. The coating is bitumen. Custom-sized heads are available for them.
• Embedded parts. They are produced both according to standard series (for example, 1.400-676) and according to individual customer drawings.
• Fasteners. Wide selection of screws, nuts (including high strength and eye nuts), washers, threaded rods and flange bolts.

Particular attention is paid to processing accuracy. The plant has CNC plasma cutting equipment installed, which allows achieving accuracy of up to 0.1 mm without deformation and scale.

Features of the site

The resource interface is focused on quick cost calculation and selection of parameters. A functional calculator is implemented here that allows you to select the type of hardware, barrel diameter, length, steel grade (from ST3PS2 to 40X Select) and GOST. The user can immediately see the number of pieces and the approximate price.

An important feature of the plant is speed. Manufacturing of foundation bolts is possible already on the day of order, within 1 hour. Delivery within Moscow is free for orders over 45,000 rubles; delivery to regions of Russia and the CIS is also possible.
