Not for fashion, not for the sake of a photo against the backdrop of an old motorcycle - but because everything inside is alive, noisy, smells of fried meat and iron. Yes, you are not in an ordinary burger shop, but in a real kitchen with the spirit of speed - the cafe-museumRacer. Located on the territory of the unique Station 33 complex, literally ten minutes from GM Globus, if you go in the direction of Suzdal. The place is such that even the GPS can get a little lost - but that's a good thing.

There is no gray silence or boring tables here. Here there is a loft, an open kitchen, music that thunders not to drown out the peace, but to lift the spirits. And also a lot of other things: buggy rental along the highway, a detailing center, a car wash, service for cars and motorcycles, and also, most importantly, burgers. Which are prepared in just fifteen minutes, right before your eyes. Everything is fresh, not frozen, no semi-finished products. It's as if the chef knows each client personally. Or at least he wants to seem so. So yes - we don't have time for pretentious language. But there is taste.

What's special here?

• Burgers are not just food, but a whole process. From the selection of ingredients to the final frying on the stove, everything is visible. You can watch the breading crunch and the cheese spread - it's like you're in the middle of a culinary explosion.
• Atmosphere. No, we're not talking about energy or an inspiring environment, but if you come here in the evening, you definitely won't be bored. Motorcycles around, old wheels, glowing signs. Even the air is different here.
• How realistic is this? Yes, everything works. The Wi-Fi system is fast, the customers are live, the burgers are hot. You can also stay in designer apartments here. That is, if you want to stay forever, no one forbids you.

Of course, not all burgers are created equal. Each one is like a story. One has a sauce made from smoked meats and garlic, the other has an addition of pickled onions and sage. And yes, you may not have tried these. Because there is nothing like this anywhere else. Maybe because it doesn't matter who you are here. All that matters is that you are here. You just come, sit down, order - and within fifteen minutes you feel your brain starting to work at full capacity.

Why do you need a cafe-museum at all?

After all, you can just eat a burger somewhere around the corner. But then you will miss everything: the motorcycle museum, which, apparently, is real - there are not just cars there, but they live. It's as if each of them remembers their race. You can walk up to one of the exhibits, touch the steering wheel - and suddenly feel like a pilot. It's a strange feeling, but it's real.The place is such that even if you don't like motorcycles, you can start to love them.

And there is also the opportunity to relax in the apartments, which, apparently, were made with soul. Or just take a walk around the territory of Station 33, which, it seems, in itself is part of some other reality. As if this is not a city, but a temporary zone between the ordinary world and something cooler. Or at least very stylish.

And yes - we are not saying that this is the best cafe in Vladimir. Although it may be. It's just that when you're sitting here with a burger in your hand, your eyes are closed, the music is playing - and it flashes through your head: Where am I? - then you understand that the place is one that will be remembered for a long time. Maybe even forever.
