About the project

Site solnechniy-gorod. ru presents information about the residential complex Sunny City in the center of Artem. This is a new modern microdistrict, which was conceived as a place where people create their own habitat. The project includes 10 residential buildings of different heights. At the time of publication, some of them have already been commissioned and occupied - five houses have been successfully erected and are welcoming new residents.

In parallel, active construction of three more facilities is underway.
