About the project
Football League Labor Reserves is a large-scale sports project that sets itself the task of developing amateur football in Russia. The initiative brings together amateur athletes of different skill levels, giving them the chance to play on professional grounds. The organizer is the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Society Labor Reserves, with the support of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Rostec State Corporation. The main goal is to improve health and involve the economically active population in regular sports.
Main directions
The project focuses on corporate tournaments with a professional approach. A seventh season for enterprise teams is planned for 2026. The competition will be held in two stages: spring (from April 7 to June 17) and autumn (from September to November). A total of 32 teams will take part in the league.
The competitive process is built on two stages:
- Qualification stage. It is held according to the Swiss system in four rounds. Teams are divided into two groups - Alpha and Omega.
- Group stage. Two tournaments of six rounds. Within groups, teams are divided by strength into Divisions of four participants.
The winner of the qualifying tournament receives the VFSO Labor Reserves Cup. The group stage winners in each division also receive unique society awards.
