What makes UU special?

For more than twenty years, the university team has been working to combine international experience and in-depth Russian training. Yes, we know that the British School of Design here was one of the first to launch an undergraduate programme. And this was 2003 - already then they began to build the foundation of something big.

And then came unification. In 2018, all these schools - from architecture to cinema, from music to contemporary art - became part of one whole: Universal University. It's not just a name. This is philosophy. We talk about creative industries, but not just as a profession. As a way of living, thinking, seeing the world.

More than 200 teachers in the team. Many of them are practicing specialists. They not only teach, but also work in the industry. Moreover, they themselves were students somewhere along the way. So this is not a dry theory. Real experience lives here.
