New exhibitions: what to expect from summer 2025
In Bermondsey, London, from July 9 to September 7, Peruvian artist and activist Sarah Flores will host a solo exhibition entitled Bakish Mai. The focus is on a new film and abstract paintings created using traditional techniques of the Shipibo-Konibo people. These works convey ancient knowledge of the Amazonian cosmos through colors and patterns. The narrative on the canvas is filled with symbolism and history, as if nature itself were speaking to us in its own language.
