The online space called Wiki-Sibiriyada is a living project where everyone can become part of a big cause. Not just a website, but a real club of those who want to preserve the memory of their native land. Here you can write about the history of a small town, talk about your grandmother who remembers all the villages along the Ob River, or about the taiga where one of the last miners lived.

What is Wiki-Siberiada?

This is a free resource created for librarians, local history teachers, children and youth. No restrictions. Not a bit of formality. Only stories, memories, documents, photos - everything that makes Siberia unique. The platform invites everyone: from schoolchildren to pensioners - to be members of a team that collects knowledge about Siberia day after day.

Activity on the portal is not just words

In August 2025, the wiki community is launching a series of interesting events. For example, the promotion Travel through the books of Wimmelbook from August 1 to August 31. What is this? Just read books by one author and write about it. And then post your thoughts right here on the wiki. Everyone can participate - even if you're only in fifth grade.

There is also a competition - Appendix to the 2025 report. It runs from May 22 to October 28. Participation in it is an opportunity to show your work, get attention and, possibly, a prize.
