About the project

wrf. suis the official portal of the White Rabbit Family restaurant alliance. The project was created by Boris Zarkov in 2010, and the brand chef of the entire network is Vladimir Mukhin. The site serves as a showcase for many establishments united by a common concept and management.

The Alliance positions itself as a leader in the field of modern Russian and haute cuisine. Their flagship restaurant, White Rabbit, is included in the prestigious ranking of The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants (25th place), and Vladimir Mukhin himself received the Best Chef Awards 21 in 9th position. This sets a high bar for all other projects of the group.

Main directions

The alliance's portfolio is quite diverse, but all projects can be divided into several key gastronomic directions:

• Russian cuisine of a new level. In addition to the flagship White Rabbit with a panoramic view of Moscow, there is Guidon, offering Russian-French pre-revolutionary cuisine, and the IKRA project - a pop-up format that popularizes traditions through haute gastronomy.
• Japanese and pan-Asian themes. The portfolio includes many establishments associated with Japan: sushi omakase AYU, crab restaurant UCHIWA, meat yakiniku TAJIRI GO, as well as modern izakaya IKURA. There is also a more eclectic ZODIAC - a pan-Asian bistro with cocktails according to the signs of the zodiac.
• European classics and experiments. Restaurant SELFIE by Anatoly Kazakov combines French techniques with local seasonal products. MUSHROOMS offers Italian cuisine with truffle at cost price, and SHE is positioned as a project of the future, responding to modern life trends.
• Interactive and unique formats. Chefs Table is the first restaurant-theater in Russia with 18 seats, where guests witness the preparation of signature dishes by world-class chefs. Krasota combines gastronomy with contemporary art and visual storytelling.

Separately worth noting is Sakhalin - a fish restaurant with seafood from the Far East and a panoramic view of the city, as well as the bakery-bar Gorynych, specializing in self-ripened meat and bread from a wood-burning oven.
