About the project

Moneta is a service that helps businesses and individuals make payments and accept payments. The platform is positioned as a tool for organizing financial flows with direct access to banking systems. The project has been operating in the fintech market for 20 years, and received a license from the Central Bank 13 years ago.

The site offers ready-made solutions: from simple payment acceptance to complex schemes within marketplaces. Particular attention is paid to working with non-resident companies, which expands the geography of potential clients without being tied only to Russian residence.

Main directions

The platform’s activities can be divided into several key blocks:

• Accepting payments. Bank cards, SBP (Fast Payment System), Pay services and electronic wallets are supported. It is possible to enable automatic payments and card storage for user convenience.
• Calculations within marketplaces. Tools allow you to manage commissions, use fund holding and splitting for safe transactions. C2C, C2B, B2C, B2B and C2B2C models work, including multi-cart payment.
• Electronic wallets. Business organizers can set up a payment scheme via API, adapted to their specific model.
• Fiscalization of checks. The service closes the issue with 54-FZ: the online cash register of one of 17 partners is connected, requests for fiscalization are generated, including for prepayments and returns.

Features of the site

The project relies on reliability and flexibility. The infrastructure includes 9 payment gateways, and the status of a direct participant in the MIR and SBP systems indicates deep integration into the Russian financial environment.

A significant feature is working with non-residents. If a foreign company has a Russian Taxpayer Identification Number, it can accept payments through SBP and VisaMasterCardMIR cards. Money can be received into an account in a foreign bank, and payments can be made to Russian cards or through SBP.

The site also provides access to documentation and sections for both businesses and individuals. The connection application form requires the name, telephone, email and project address (without www or https). Application processing takes one day.
