Website www. te. ru is the official resource of JSC Rosseti Tyumen. This is a backbone territorial network organization (STSO), providing transmission and distribution of electricity. The project works as an information portal for clients, partners and employees, as well as a tool for submitting applications for technological connection.
The company serves three constituent entities of the Russian Federation: the Tyumen region, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of Yugra and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The service area covers more than 1.46 million km². The length of power transmission lines along the circuits exceeds 53.6 thousand km. The volume of electricity transmission per year is about 51.1 billion kWh.
Main directions
The company's activities cover a wide range of tasks to maintain the reliability of energy supply. In 2025, the organization was actively involved in identifying ownerless objects. 169 transformer substations and lines were found, the owners of which were absent or not identified. The materials were submitted to the court for registration of title documents.
Considerable attention is paid to combating the illegal use of networks. Over two years, energy workers have identified more than 66 thousand elements of gray telecom infrastructure, including illegal suspensions of fiber-optic communication lines. Cases of unaccounted consumption have also been stopped. Damage from such offenses in 2025 increased to 14.8 million rubles.
The company is implementing investment projects to modernize infrastructure. For example, the reconstruction of a high-voltage substation in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug was completed, which made it possible to increase capacity by almost 10 MW for the development of the field. In the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, a technological connection has been provided to supply 3.5 MW of power to an oil and gas facility. In the Tyumen region, about 118 km of self-supporting insulated wire (SIP) were installed to increase the reliability of supply to residents.
An important area is working with personnel. In 2025, 559 students completed internships at the company's facilities. As a result, 20 graduates from 26 educational institutions in different regions were employed.
