About the project

Perm Construction Machinery Plantis a production site located in Perm. Designers, builders and metal specialists are gathered in one place. The main goal of the company is to create automated complexes for the production of building materials. In essence, they make turnkey mini-factories.

The enterprise's activities are licensed. The manufacturer declares compliance with international standards and guarantees long service life of the equipment. Some of the complexes are the plant’s own developments, which are positioned as unique solutions on the market.

Main directions

The site describes two large blocks of services. The first is the production of specialized equipment. The plant makes mortar mixers, concrete mixers and mixers. At the same time, it is possible to work on individual orders.

The second block is metalworking. Specific technological processes are listed here:

• Laser cutting. Accuracy up to 0.1 mm. The working field of the installation allows processing sheets measuring 3000x1500 mm. The method is considered defect-free and produces almost no waste.
• Powder coating. The chamber has dimensions 6250x1500x3600 mm. The coating protects against corrosion and impact. The stated operating temperature range is from 50C to +140C. The scale of work varies from single items to large structures.
• Metal bending. Allows you to produce volumetric blanks from sheets without welds.
• Welding work. Professional connection of metal structures of any complexity with an emphasis on speed and quality of the seam.
• Turning and milling work. Processing of parts of any configuration from any metal.
• Design. Creation of drawings for metal structures and equipment for construction.
