The Fourth Estate online newspaper is an independent project created by leading Saratov journalist Vadim Rogozhin. Officially, the resource received media status and a registration certificate El FS77-45905 back in July 2011, although the launch itself was planned in the winter of 2009. The history of the publication began with difficulties: the publication was prevented by a brutal attack on the author of the project, which is why the site appeared online only in the fall of the same year.
Today it is a daily news resource that operates in real time. Unlike weekly print publications, The Fourth Estate responds quickly to events, offering readers extensive coverage every day. The founder is MediaStar LLC, and the director is Nikolai Aleksandrovich Gurin.
