What is MSD?
MSD is not just a route. This is a whole system that was created in order to relieve the congestion of the city rings: the Garden Ring, the Third Transport Ring, the Moscow Ring Road. But what’s interesting is that the rules have changed. From February 15, 2025, only traffic during critically busy hours will be charged: from 7 to 11 and from 16 to 20. The rest of the time is free.
