qa. studio is an educational project specializing in training software testing specialists. The slogan of the resource: We teach testing from scratch and help you find a job, immediately indicates the main goal: not just to give theory, but to ensure the employment of graduates. The course is positioned as a product from current industry experts who work in such large companies as Yandex, T-Bank, Sber and VK.
The project offers a retraining program lasting 4 months. Particular emphasis is placed on the fact that training is built around real tools and processes used in IT companies, rather than abstract concepts.
Main directions
The key program of the Test Engineer course includes several important blocks:
- Practice on simulators. The tasks are close to real cases. Students work with microservices, REST and SOAP APIs, Kafka, Kibana, Sentry, Grafana, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, as well as Figma layouts and mobile applications. All this is packaged into the game format.
- Working with tools. Training takes place on task trackers, TMS, wiki systems and Kanban boards. This allows you to get used to the environment where you will work after graduation.
- Internship. Participants gain work experience as a junior tester, which directly affects the content of their resume.
- Assistance with employment. The process begins with the preparation of a resume and portfolio and ends with preparation for test interviews.
The theoretical part is presented in the format of video lectures, which are considered a more convenient way to learn the material compared to textbooks. The theory is compiled in Miro's visual space, making it easier to prepare for interviews.

The main difference between qa. studio - approach to mentoring. Students can choose their mentor from a team of experts. Groups are small, up to 14 people, which allows you to pay attention to each participant without burnout of the curators. Regular calls are held every week: they review homework, practice theory, and conduct mock interviews.
