Education Issues, available on the vo website. hse. ru, has long become one of the most important voices in the scientific community dealing with issues of modern education and upbringing. Since its founding in 2004, it has continued to develop, maintaining high standards of publishing activities while not losing touch with the real challenges of the educational environment.
